Dear beekeepers
I live in the Slade in Tonbridge, and along with 3 others we would like to start to keep bees.
We don’t know how to start. We have considered a beginners course but don’t know where. We have considered latching onto a local keeper, but again don’t know who. Have read that you seem to have two collective aviaries and a meeting this Saturday. Can we just turn up?
I have purchased the BBKA guide to bee keeping and slowly reading it.
So we need knowledge, training and advice on how to proceed with a plan. We own several plots on the slade allotments and would like advice Re suitability of siting hives.
So in summary…. Help! Please.
